AJ is the team owner & lead agent of Griffin Team Utah real estate and a Southern Utah native. A BYU graduate and former school psychologist, AJ also owns and operates businesses in property management and the service industry. In 2025, he sold 53 homes as a solo agent.
AJ assembled his team in late 2025, and today they operate statewide as Griffin Team Utah. AJ has special expertise in new construction and has partnered with multiple builders throughout the state to offer custom homes built from the ground up in St. George, Cedar City, Utah County, and Park City.
