Our team has made it easy to build with as little as 5% down. In most cases our builders will finish your new home on one of our lots or one of your choosing at a lower price and higher quality than existing/used on market homes.

Griffin team will help you select an appreciating neighborhood, negotiate the lot to the best price and help you finance and complete the entire build process. Our goal is to help you close with equity!
